Australian Youth Orchestra prepares for February season

Supporting emerging musicians

Fresh off the back of the Australian Youth Orchestra National Music Camp, these leading young musicians are preparing for a big February season.

The artists will show us what they’re made of on February 15 and 16, under the baton of Antony Hermus and alongside guests including pianist Andrea Lam (who first performed with the Sydney Symphony Orchestra when she was just 13 years old) and soprano Penelope Mills. You’ll get to hear Mahler’s Symphony No. 4, Mendelssohn’s The Hebrides Overture, and Ravel’s Piano Concerto in G.
