CONTENT COURTESY AUSTRALIAN NATIONAL ACADEMY OF MUSIC
The Australian National Academy of Music’s end of year Chamber Music Festival pays tribute to one of music’s most original innovators, American composer George Crumb. ANAM musicians perform Crumb’s masterworks Makrokosmos, Black Angels, and Vox Balaenae, alongside music by composers including Messiaen, Duckworth, Sculthorpe, and Henderson.
Experience a program guided by these visionary composers’ shared pantheistic curiosity and unbound imagination.
